Cancellation/ Refund and Rerouting

Cancellation / Refund / Rerouting: Permitted at a charge of THB 1000.

After departure: Refund after departure will be the balance of ticket used at applicable special fare without refund fee.

Change of Reservation before/after departure: Change of reservations may be made at least 3 hours in advance without cancellation fee, if no reissuance of the ticket is required.
