Spa redemption is a promotional Award valid for use with stated spa operators and locations from April 1 – November 30, 2008.

Spa Awards can be redeemed by members for self use, or for an Award Nominee.

Awards are for stipulated treatment menus only.

Any additional treatments, spa services or products are subject to payment and are the responsibility of the Award holder.

l

All treatments are subject to availability.

l

Advance reservations are required by contacting the spa directly.

l

Allow 3 working days for miles to be deducted from accounts and reservation confirmation.

l

Once the spa treatment is confirmed, the Award is not transferable to another spa operator.

l

No mileage re-credit is permitted.
