ADVERTISING AND SALES
- Electronic Tickets must be applied.
- Tickets must be issued on/before 31DEC08.

- Reservations must be confirmed for entire journey at the time of ticketing.

- Endorsement box : VALID TG OPR/SENIOR CITIZEN/CD
- Fare Basis : HCD3M

CANCELLATION/REFUND AND REROUTING
Before departure - Permitted : Totally unused ticket refund will be charged THB 1000.
After departure : Refund will be the balance of ticket used at applicable special fare without refund fee.
Change of Reservations - Permitted at least 3 hours before departure.
TOUR CONDUCTOR DISCOUNTS
Not permitted.
AGENT DISCOUNTS
Not permitted.
