Thai Airways International Plc. has been researching customer’s satisfaction onboard for all international routes and all classes since 1997. The project is called THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCSS). The survey assists in identifying customer satisfaction level and providing a guideline to a better understanding of customer needs and areas of improvements in order to delight our customers by delivering the best.
The research has been conducted on a quarterly basis with drawing a lucky winner every month. The winner will obtain ONE FREE CONFIRMED ECONOMY CLASS ROUND TRIP TICKET within the THAI route net From/To Bangkok, Thailand. However, this offer is void where prohibited or restricted by the laws of the prizewinner’s country.
