As a Registrar & Paying Agent Debentures of THE DEBENTURES OF THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO.1/2548 SERIES 1 DUE 2008 (THAI085A), would like to inform the closing of the registration for interest and principle payment of THAI085A from at 12.00 hours of redemption date on May 12, 2008 with interest 3.82% form the period of November 12, 2007 to May 11, 2008  for 182 Days and principle repayment THB. 1,000.00 per unit.

Additionally, we ask Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to suspend trade of the debentures stated above  ( by put up "SP" sign )   between April 24 – May 12, 2008. and delisted from SET sinceMay 12, 2008 onwards.
