Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“the Company”) held the Board Meeting No. 16/2008 on 10 September 2008, at the Conference Room, 22^nd Floor, Head Office Building, No. 89 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Khwaeng Jompol, Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok Metropolis. The meeting has approved the appointment of Mr.Chulasingh Vasantasingh, Deputy Attorney General, to be a member of the Board of Directors, replacing Ms. Rachanee Tripipatkul who had resigned from her position. The appointment shall be effective after the approval from the Public Prosecutor Commission.

The Company would like to inform that the Public Prosecutor Commission has approved the appointment of Mr.Chulasingh Vasantasingh, Deputy Attorney General, to be a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 22 September 2008.
