Re:   Notification of Close of Register Date for Interest Payment

Reference is made to “Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No.1/2546 Series 1 Due B.E.2551 (THAI08OA), par value of Baht 1,000 total units of 5,500,000 and total value of Baht 5,500,000,000” and “Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No.1/2546 Series 2 Due B.E.2553 (THAI10OA), par value of Baht 1,000, total units of 4,500,000 and total value of Baht 4,500,000,000”, with semi-annual interest payments due on April 8 and October 8 of each year.

We, KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited, as the Registrar and Paying Agent of the above-mentioned Debentures, hereby would like to inform you that the ten interest payment would be due on October 8, 2008with details as follows:

1.  Series 1 (THAI08OA) interest rate of 3.00 per cent per annum, with last interest payment period of 183 days from April 8, 2008 to October 7, 2008.The register shall pay principal and last interest payment(15.04110 Bath Per Units ) on Maturity Date(October 8, 2008)

2. Series 2 (THAI10OA) interest rate of 3.70 per cent per annum, with interest payment (18.55068 Bath Per Units) period of 183 days from April 8, 2008 to October 7, 2008.

Kindly be informed that the register of debenture will be closed on September 24, 2008, at 12.00 pm., for the purpose of determining the Debenture holders, who have the rights to receive the interest payment.
