Notification of the Book Closing for Interest Payment of Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI09OA, THAI11OA and THAI14OA)

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform you that the Company will close the registered book for interest payment of debentures of the Company (THAI09OA, THAI11OA and THAI14OA), the details are shown in the reference letter from SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK.

Reference is made to Debentures issued by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited for 3 tranches in which details are the followings ;

1. “ The Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No.1/2547 Series1 Due 2009 (THAI09OA) ” with face value of   Baht 1,000 and offering amount at 7,500,000 units. Coupon rate is  4.65  %  per annum ;

2. “ The Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No1/2547 Series 2 Due 2011  (THAI11OA) ” with face value of Baht 1,000 and offering amount at 4,500,000 units. Coupon rate is 5.20% per annum ;

3. “ The Debentures of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited No1/2547 Series 3 Due 2014(THAI14OA) ” with face value of  Baht 1,000 and offering amount at 3,000,000 units. Coupon rate is 5.80% per annum;

Interests of the Debentures mentioned above the company will pay on a semi annual basis. Interest shall be payable on 20 April and 20 October of each year throughout the term of the Debentures.

The Bank as a capacity of Registrar of the Debentures would like to inform that the second coupon payment is due on October 2005 Calculation period is 183 days starting from 20 April 2005 to 19 October 2005. The book closed date of the Debentures is on 6 October 2005 at noon.
