Pursuant to the referenced letter, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited,(“the Company”), has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding the issuance of Baht 15,000 Million debenture. The named, unsubordinated and unsecured debenture with debentureholders’representative will be offered in 3 tranches. During that time, the amount and coupon rate has not been determined.
Since the details of the debentures are now set, the Company would like to submit the details of the debenture no. 1/2548 as per attachment.
