Clarification of news regarding accusation of management

Reference is made to the Bank of Thailand’s accusation of The Management of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, which may have an effect on the sale of the Company’s shares. The Company requests to advise that the matter aforementioned will not effect the managing the Company. To that effect, Mr. Viroj Nualkhair is one Director under the Company’s Board of Directors which is made up of 15 members, whereby Mr. Viroj Nualkhair may not make a single decision regarding the Company on his own.
