Clarification of news

We refer to the news that the Company’s estimated profit from operation for the six-month period ended March 2004 will be increased for 30% compared to the same period last year of   14.2 billion baht. The Company would like to inform that the net profit before tax for the six-month period of the fiscal year 2002/03 was 11.8 billion baht and the net profit before tax of the six-month period for the fiscal year 2003/04 was estimated based on higher cabin factor, excluding the effects of fuel price and foreign exchange rate.  The Company will release the result of the second quarter and the six-month period for the fiscal year 2003/04 around mid of May 2004.

As for the news of the Company’s interim dividend payment, there has not been any consideration regarding this matter.
