The appointment of an additional Director to the Board of Directors

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2003 on Wednesday, June 25, 2003, at the Conference Room, 22^nd Floor, Head Office Building, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Khwaeng Lad-Yao, Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok Metropolis. The meeting has approved the appointment of      Adm. Daweesak Somapha RTN, Commander in Chief, Royal Thai Navy, to be the director to the Board of Directors which is to replace Air Chief Marshal Terdsak Sujjaruk who had resigned from his position. The appointment is effective from June 25, 2003 onwards.
